Where do you ship to?

We currently ship anywhere in the USA 

Which mail carriers do you use?

All of our orders ship via USPS. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

 
We are typically quick to ship. Most orders ship within 2 business days, and arrive within 5-7 business days. 

How do I return my product?

We do not offer product refunds. If your item is damaged during shipping, we are happy to work with you on getting a replacement item. Please reach out to us at the bottom of the page if you require customer service.  

What do I do if my product was stolen/delivered to the wrong address?

Little Lamb is not responsible if USPS delivers your package incorrectly or if your package is stolen. Please reach out to USPS to file a claim for a full refund through them, as it’s their responsibility to resolve the issue. 

What if my order arrives damaged?

If any of your items arrive damaged, we will make it right. Please send us an email at contactus@shoplittlelamb.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number (if you have it)
  2. Your name and address
  3. A description of the damage/item condition
  4. A photo of the damaged order
  5. A photo of the box the order arrived in (including any packing materials)
  6. A photo of the shipping label affixed to the box
